Bio:

Over time, he became inspired to write some poetry. While it was a good means of expressing how he felt, it didn’t feel like quite enough. He wrote some music to accompany it and decided to buy enough studio tome to record the songs that he felt best reflected his abilities as a musician. Once all was said and done, he completed converting of his poems into songs. More songs would follow, as further inspiration came to him over time. After listening to his songs, he liked what he heard from the finished product.

Sadly, we have parted ways with our best friend, and drummer Alex Kwmuntis. Alex was a great friend and a great individual. His contributions to the band will always be remembered. We love you Alex! And we wish you the best with everything you wish to achieve.

On the same note, we would like to welcome our newest member, Ben Trudeau. Ben will be playing drums for us, and we have lots of new pics up with him so be sure to check those out.

Over this summer, we will be going on tour! We will be going all the way across the country to Colorado and back. We will be hitting plenty of cities on the way, so if you have not had an opportunity to come see us play because you live too far away, now is your chance!

Bio:

After spending years trying to follow the normal route of people our age by going to college and giving up on what we always wanted we decided that it was time for us to live our lives for us. With that through misterious circumstances the five of us befriended each other this summer and decided that we wanted to do something more then what we were doing now. We came together and began creating something that inspired us to be better than what we were. At the end of October we recorded with Lamoni Fynalson of We Should Whisper and released two tracks on our myspace. Only a few months later we have met more people then we expected and met more amazing people then we could have imagine. We are where we’re suppose to be and doing what we were always meant to do.

Since we know you probably hate to read boring rules & terms, (although we strongly we recommend you do!) we’ve aligned the most important below:

1. If you’re applying, your genre of music must be: rock + sub-genres, pop, techno, or clean r&b. We will focus more on rock. The reason for this is because Alec consist mainly of people who like these genres. Therefore, we feel its fair enough to critique the music we love. It will be easier for us, and fair for everyone else.
2. If you’re an artist on our website & you don’t fall under these categories, it’s okay we won’t remove you.
3. You must have at least 2 songs & 1200+ friends on Myspace. (The more friends you have the better chance we’ll obtain of someone visiting) No dead Myspace or sites.
4. You need a Myspace profile.

“My Highschool Sweetheart” burst back on the scene with their love for music, and
new opportunities of greatness in their hearts, which inspired them to write their sophomore album, “Letting It All Out”. Another beautifully written album with tear jerking, heart melting, soft melodies to fill the air. “Letting It All Out” just recently released with 14 tracks, originally cut down from 16. Songs such as, “Me and You”, “Baby I’m Home”, “Off My Mind”, & more can be heard on the album.

Zach McCoy but as you might know him Snowy was born March 9th 1991 as the middle child of his family. Born and raised in Colorado Snowy has came from your everyday child to an astounding and inspiring artist and all around person.

In late 2004 in Grand Junction, Colorado, Zach (Snowy) really starting getting into trouble. Him and some fellow schoolmates that were friends of his were getting tired of all the drama and hard times they were getting by the older kids from the high school. (they were still in middle school) They decided to make a gang. About 3 weeks after it was made and recruited about 10 more people 3 high school students had zach and a friend his cornered and jumped him and his friend. Later on that night they would scheme up something to do that would change his life forever. The next day after basketball practice Zach and his friend saw them again but this time a gun was handy. Long story short they backed the fuck off.

A few days had passed and there was another gun of ours still in the school hidden in my friends locker in a backpack. He was sitting in class when 3 policeman, the dean of students and 2 of the priciples came in and took him to the office. They had found the gun in the locker. Someone snitched. Zach was arrested in front of hsi family at his house later on in November 2006. Watching his little sister cry and his mother cry crushed him. He never wanted to make either of them cry. In jail for 3 months got to him. Being told when to eat,sleep and shit was just not what he wanted to live like. So he started writing his thoughts down for fun and rhyming them. A year before all this a friend of his named Jamaal (JMall) had always free styled with Zach and stuff for fun but they never took it seriously. After his release he was put on 3 years probation,fines out of the ass, 320 hours community service and a few classes.

When he got out he met a kid by the name of Blake (Lyrikal) and Blake would always make Zach freestyle because he thought it was cool. One day Blake had the idea to record it. So they did. They put it on a myspace and people actually liked it and told him to make more. As he did he was also teaching Blake how to write and use punchlines just as well. They started making songs together. 2 Years later Zach would move to Fort Collins, Colorado to improve himself as a better person and artist.

When he first moved up to Fort Collins Zach obviously knew no one. So he made music still recording on a computer headset mic in his room, still putting the tracks up on myspace so his friends and fans could still hear them down in Grand Junction. He was placed in an alternative school where he then would make a change in his life. He is the type that says to give respect you have to receive it as well. The teachers didn’t want to give so he didn’t show it at all. There were 2 students in this school. Zach being one of them and the other being Andre (Papah Boy). One day one of the kids was throwing a fit in class and the two looked at each other like “what the…are you serious?”….
